Coverage
Northern France or the Netherlands.
The script and use of a fifteenth century northern French dialect in other parts of the manuscript put the place of origin in the Northern part of Europe in what is now France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The use of very detailed flowers points towards a location closer to the Netherlands.
